Tiffany Ann Lavy

Age 50, of Pleasant Hill,  passed away Friday, May 7, 2021, at Miami Valley Medical Center.

She was born October 1, 1970, in Troy, Ohio, to her parents Paul R. “Rick” & Diana “Dee” P. (Stoner) Hines.  Tiffany graduated from Milton-Union High School class of 1989 and  graduated from Edison State where she earned her degree in nursing. On March 21, 1992, she married Lonnie L. Lavy in West Milton and together they shared a life for over 29 years.  Tiffany worked as a Registered Nurse for over 29 years, most recently for the Pediatric Group at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was very active with Newton Schools where she was a score keeper, bus driver, and coached recreation basketball and SAY soccer. Along with Lonnie, she attended Gospel Community Church. Tiffany was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and her family was her life. She will be missed and remembered by her loving husband Lonnie; children and their spouses Trevor & Sarah Lavy, Trinity & Allan Sink, Trista Lavy, Trelissa & Sam Jackson, Treyton Lavy, Treanna Lavy, Trace Lavy; grandchildren Kolsen Lavy, Lyla Sink; siblings and their spouses Lesley & John Bowman, Rod & Mary Jo Hines; sister-in-law Amanda Hines;  18 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter Tracy, brother Jeremy, and her parents.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 PM Tuesday at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 12, at the Newton Field House, 201 Long Street, Pleasant Hill. Pastor Jason Bradshaw will officiate with interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 341 Erkenbrecher Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45229.
