Niesley, Scott Alan
Age 45, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer at his family’s farm surrounded by his loved ones. He was born October 1, 1968, in Troy, Ohio, to his parents Barry R. & Sue Ann (Campbell) Niesley. Scott graduated from Newton High School class of 1987 and retired as a Miami County Bailiff. He enjoyed working on his antique “Fergy” tractor, watching sprint car racing, and working on the family farm. He also loved reading his bible and spending time with his loved ones. He will be missed and remembered by his parents; daughter and son-in-law Alyssa & Alexander Davis of Tipp City; granddaughter Kennedi; soul mate Stacey Ann Whitacre; sisters and brothers-in-law Julie & Brian McNutt of Troy, Heather & Clint Peters of Pleasant Hill; nieces and nephews Garrett Peters, Addison Peters, Kinzie Peters, Hailee McNutt, Cassie McNutt; and many close friends. Funeral services will be held l0:00 AM Thursday, June 5, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill. Pastor Brian Stull will officiate with interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
