Age 61 of Columbus, formerly of Pleasant Hill, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Riverside Hospital, Columbus. He was born October 14, 1949, in Piqua, Ohio, to his parents Ambert Jay and Mary Esther (Rudy) Yount. He is survived by his children Ryan Yount of Columbus, Jonathan Yount of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, Abigail Sperl (Brian) of Powell; grandchildren Bastian and Lincoln Sperl; sister Judy Force (Jack) of Troy. Rudy was a 1968 graduate of Newton High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology at Ohio State University. He worked at Searle Pharmaceuticals, now Pfizer, as a drug representative in Illinois and later trained others to become representatives in Columbus. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, March 18, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main St., Pleasant Hill, with Pastor Gene Oburn officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J.
