Patricia B Smith 

Age 88, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born July 15, 1933, in Casstown, Ohio, to her parents Howard William & Leatha Luetta (Isenberger) Sotherland. She graduated from Lost Creek High School class of 1951. She married Willard Dale Smith on July 24, 1954, and together they raised their family and shared a life for over 67 years. She retired from Detmer Hospital after 28 years as a home health and ward clerk. Patricia will be missed and remembered by her loving husband Willard Smith; children and their spouses Regina & Philip Ashmore, Robert & Teresa Smith; grandchildren David (Amanda), Steve (Kitsey), Brenda (Michael), Shanna (Ron), Wesley (Beth), Jeremy (Kerri), Dustin (Beth), Manda, Becca (Shawn), 20 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren; sister Doris Knoop; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends Judy Barga, Bill Smith, Barb Fiant. She was preceded in death by her parents; baby brother; sisters Margaret Hill and Carryl Snyder. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, January 28, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill, with interment following at Casstown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00-1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
