WESTFALL-DUFFY, Marceil Age 90, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Monday, December 13, 2010, at Covington Care Center. She was born April 4, 1920, in Greenville to her parents Walter & Edith (Bucholtz) Smith. She was a 1939 graduate of Franklin Monroe High School, retired from Hobart Brothers in 1982, and was a member of the Greenville Creek Christian Church for over 65 years. Marceil was preceded in death by her first husband George Westfall; second husband Fredrick Duffy; son Melvin Westfall; sisters Ruth Stapleton, Lillian Motter, Gloria Westfall. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Phyllis & Harvey Wyan of Bradford; step children Tony & Martha Schlechty of Greenville, Brian Duffy of Indiana, Randy & Roseann Hall of Tiffin; grandchildren Bonnie Westfall and Brandy Wyan of Bradford; brother Charles Smith of Greenville; numerious step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, December 17, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home. 1 South Main St, Pleasant Hill. Pastor Darryl Peoples will officiate with interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
