Lyle Thomas Hussong

Age 26, of Stephenville, Texas, formerly of Pleasant Hill, passed away June 26, 2016. He was born July 8, 1989, in Goshen, Indiana. He graduated from Newton High School class of 2008, where he participated in soccer, basketball, baseball and FFA. Lyle recently moved to Texas where he was working as ranch manager and mentoring under the tutelage of JB Mclamb at JB McLamb Cutting Horse Ranch. He will be missed and remembered by his loving parents and their spouses Mark & Kathy Hussong of Somerville, Ohio, Jane & Larry Gearhardt of Covington; siblings and their spouses Megahn & Greg Ballard of Pleasant Hill, Rebekah & Kevin Holly of Troy, Rachel & Brad Renner of Pleasant Hill, Nikole Hussong & Michael Ison of Englewood, Emerson & Katherine Hussong of Laura, Mitchell Hussong of Somerville, Olivea Hussong of Somerville; paternal grandmother Grandma Barbara & Grandpa Bob McName; maternal grandmother Nana Sue Mitchell; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to invite guests to join them in honoring Lyle’s newfound love by feeling free to wear boots, buckles and cowboy hats to the visitation and funeral services. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 2, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, Lyle’s family would prefer memorial contributions may be made to the Lyle Hussong Memorial Fund, c/o Fifth Third Bank, 150 E.
