Lina E. Schleinitz

Age 84, of Pleasant Hill, went to meet her Lord and Savior Sunday morning, March 1, 2020, at Miami Valley Hospital.

She was born January 22, 1936, in Wood County, Ohio, to her parents Albert G. & Mabel M. (Williamson) Hartsough.  She graduated from Smithville High School class of 1954. On November 14, 1959, she married James W. Schleinitz and together they shared a life for over 60 years. Lina is survived by her loving husband James “Pete” Schleinitz; children and their spouses Gail & Michael Harris of Spring Valley, Duane & Anita Schleinitz of Christiansburg; brother Theodore “Ted” Hartsough of Madison, Wisconsin; sisters Helen Hostelter of Winterhaven, Florida, Ellen Patterson of Sanford, Florida; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parennts and her sister Neva Rutt. Services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, March 9, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill, with interment following at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.
