Jaqueline J. Adams

Age 90, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Randall Residence, West Milton. She was born August 26, 1934, in West Milton, Ohio, to her parents Clifford & Mildred (Koogler) Thompson. Jackie graduated from Milton-Union High School class of 1953. On July 31, 1954, she married Samuel Leonard Adams at the fireplace at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home in West Milton, and together they raised their family and shared a life for over 70 years. She worked at the Beery School of Horsemanship in the 1960s and later retired as the secretary to the general at the Defense Electronic Supply Center (DESC). She was a long time member of the West Milton United Church of Christ. Jackie never knew a stranger and always gave hugs to friends and family. Her greatest love was her husband, her children, and her grandchildren.

She will be missed and remembered by her husband Samuel Adams; sons and daughter-in-law Dirk & Mandy Adams of Pleasant Hill, Bryce Adams of Pleasant Hill; grandchildren Naomi, Priscilla (Cameron), Caleb, Talitha, Hadassah, Silas, Jochebed, Tyanna, Derek (Brittany), Haley, Nixon; great grandchildren Lydia, Averi, Emery, Laney, Kyler, Isaac, Kasen, Rayden. She was preceded in death by her son Blake Adams; her parents; and her siblings Bobby Thompson, Phyllis Myers, Maxine Develbiss, Patty Flowers.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, July 15, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
