Jack W. Weiss, passed away on December 26, 2025, in Miami, Florida, at the age of 62. Born on January 13, 1963, Jack's life was characterized by his selfless dedication to his family, his church, and his community.


A proud graduate of Milton-Union's class of 1981, Jack was a hardworking spirit. Following his passion for service and community, Jack embarked on a fulfilling career as a bus driver with Troy City Schools


Jack's dedication extended to the athletic fields, where he was a respected sports official for basketball and football with the Ohio Referee Association. His love for the game and commitment to fair play made him a favorite among athletes and coaches alike.


A devoted family man, Jack's greatest joy was spending time with his cherished grandchildren, who will lovingly remember their grandfather's hearty laughs and the gentle wisdom he imparted. His presence as a father was a source of strength and inspiration to his children, Gregory, Katheryn, and Victoria Weiss.


His beloved wife, Dawn (Zepf) Weiss, will forever hold dear the enduring bond of love and companionship they shared throughout their marriage. Jack's legacy of love and loyalty will continue to live on through his family, including his siblings Connie Weiss, Donald and Vivian Weiss, Joy Weiss, and Sam and Gyla Weiss, as well as his nine treasured grandchildren.


Jack was also an active member of Fields of Grace in Covington, where his faith-filled life shone brightly. His involvement in the church community was a testament to his belief in compassion, fellowship, and service.


Preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Doris (Dawson) Weiss, Jack leaves behind a life rich in love and memories. Those who knew him will forever remember for his genuine concern for others and his unending willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need.


Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 10, at Fields of Grace Worship Center, 326 E Troy Pike, Covington. The family will receive friends from 9:00-11:00 AM Saturday at the church.
