Hazel Emma Dohm

Age 84,  of Troy, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born August 11, 1938, in Troy, Ohio, to her parents Nelson LeRoy & Hazel Emma (Collett) Dohm.  Hazel will be missed and remembered by her loving children Douglas Fitch of Troy, Kathy & Ted Jackson of Troy, Jane “Angie” Gutierrez of Troy; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother Dennis & Terry Dohm of Sidney. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Nelson L. Dohm, Jr.; sister Thelma Archer. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, August 23, at Riverside Cemetery Chapel, 101 Riverside Drive, Troy, with interment following at Riverside Cemetery.
