Glenna Bard Eyler
Age 84, of Troy, formerly of Pleasant Hill, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014, at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born February 25, 1929, in Preble County, Ohio, to her parents Wilbert G. & Iva (May) Iler. Glenna attended Brookville High School, and on January 4, 1958, she married Harold O. Eyler in Dayton, Ohio, and together they shared a life for over 32 years. Glenna is survived by her children Brenda Jones of Tennessee, Lloyd Eyler of Troy; grandchildren Mark Devenport, Brian Devenport, Josh Devenport, Andrew Broughton, Alisha Rider, Heather Eyler; great grandchildren, Brooklyn Devenport, Aiden Devenport, Anna Rider , Adalynn Wolford ; brother-in-law Raymond & Virginia Eyler of Troy. A memorial service to celebrate Glenna's life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, February 8, at the Pleasant Hill United Church of Christ, 10 E. Monument, Pleasant Hill, with a meal following the service. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 PM Saturday at the church.
