Age 90, of Ft Recovery, Ohio, passed away Friday, July 8, 2011, at the Greenville Brethren Home. He was born March 26, 1921, in Abbottsville, Ohio, to his parents Charley T. & Opal (Reigel) Foureman. Gerald retired from National Cash Register after 25 years of service and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Church of God. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Sarah Elizabeth (Ditmer); his parents; brother Berman W. Foureman; sisters Pauline Swank, Dorothy Trittschuh, Helen Snyder. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Judy & Larry Clouse of Pleasant Hill; son and daughter-in-law David & Connie Foureman of St Augustine, FL; grandchildren Amy & Dave Jackson of Pleasant Hill, Michael & Carina Clouse of Piqua; great grandchildren Andy Jackson, Josh Jackson, Lacey Jackson, Christian Clouse; great great-grandchildren Hayle Jackson, Aaron Jackson, Gabe Jackson. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, July 11, at Jackson-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 1 S. Main St., Pleasant Hill. Interment will be held at Newcomer Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Monday at the funeral home. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Darke County.
