Donald F. Deeter 

Age Age 86 of Troy, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, at his home. He was born November 6, 1937, in Miami County, Ohio, to his parents Rouland & Winifred (Class) Deeter. Don graduated from Newton High School class of 1955 and retired from Western Ohio Pattern Makers. He was a lifetime member of the First Brethren Church in Pleasant Hill. He was preceded in death by his wife Janice (Landis) Deeter and son Nicolas Deeter.  He will be missed and remembered by his loving children and their spouses Andrew & Marylou Deeter, Marie Deeter, Thomas Deeter, Daniel & Stephani Deeter, Benjamin Deeter; siblings and their spouses LaVerne & John Hennemyre, Joe & Patty Deeter,  Elaine Iddings; grandchildren Joseph, Natalie, Brandon, Matthew, Clay, Kate, Allison, Elizabeth, Cierra, and Mallori; 10 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; step children and their spouses Ronald Scott & Joy Hocker, Jane E. & Tim Pierce, Ann R. & David Hutchinson, William “Bill” K. & Julie Hocker. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, November 30, at First Brethren Church 210 N. Church Street, Pleasant Hill, with interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM Wednesday at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill. Memories may be shared with the family online at www.jackson-sarver.com
