WARNER, Darrell Age 76, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Aurora Senior Living Center of Cromwell, CT. He was born March 2, 1936, in Pleasant Hill, Ohio, to his parents Ralph E. & Margaret (Layer) Warner. Darrell graduated from Newton High School Class of 1959 and attended Otterbein College. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he earned a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and continued a 28 year career for General Electric while living outside of Philadelphia. He will be missed and remembered by his son Darrell Warner, Jr. of San Antonio, TX; daughter Jennifer Meisterling of Cromwell, CT; grandchildren Jaclyn Meisterling of Willington, CT, Chelsea Meisterling Cromwell, CT, Brook Meisterling of Cromwell, CT; brothers and sisters-in-law Douglass & Barb Warner of Pleasant Hill, Dennis & Mary Jane Warner of Indianapolis, IN; sister and brother-in-law Jean & Harold Melvin of Troy; former wife Pauline Thomas of Middletown, CT. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, August 2, at Jackson-Sarver Family Funeral, 1 S. Main St, Pleasant Hill with interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
