Connie Irene Patton

Age 75, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022, at her home. She was born September 6, 1946, in Denver, Colorado, to her parents Emmett Russell & Almeda Viola Smith. Connie graduated from Belle Center High School and worked as a study hall monitor at Newton Schools and as a secretary for various offices until her retirement.  She was a member of the First Brethren Church in Pleasant Hill where she was involved with the children’s activity groups. She enjoyed collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia, Beanie Babies, Boyd Bears and baskets. She also like going to auctions, flea markets and yard sales.  But mostly, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She will be missed and remembered by her loving husband Stephen Carl Patton; children and their spouses Stephanie Rae Ann & Nathan Chapman of Celina, Christopher Joe & Amber Patton of Pleasant Hill, Corrie Don & Elizabeth Patton of Tampa, Florida, Eric Shane Patton of Dayton; grandchildren Nicholas Chapman of Dublin, Alex Chapman of Celina, Brandon Chapman of Celina, Kiya Jo Patton of Camden, Zoa Harshman Cross of New Lebanon. Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County. Memories may be shared online at www.jackson-sarver.com
