Age 55, of Pleasant Hill, went to his eternal home Sunday, September 23, 2012, after a courageous three year battle with cancer. He was born August 19, 1957, in Troy, Ohio, to his parents Edwin Baker & Shirley (Wackler) Baker Harlow. Chuck will be missed and remembered by his daughters & sons-in-law Jennie Mae & Neil Levine of Palm Beach, FL, Amber Sell & Jason Thobe of Minster, Alicia & Daniel Graham of Sidney, Abbagale & J. Lee Wilburn of Bradford; sister & brother in law Linda & Bill Garlough of New Carlisle; brothers and sisters-in-law Douglas & Kim Baker of Pine Knott, KY, Jeffrey & Mary Baker of Pleasant Hill; grandchildren Hailey Marie Levine, Addison Tyler Levine, Levi Thobe, Landon Thobe, SkylerDale Graham, Wyatt Graham, Tucker Graham, Jaylynn Wilburn; dad Walter Harlow; former wife Melody Baker. He was preceded in death by his father Edwin Baker; grandparents Charles & Ethel Wackler, Emery & Ruth Baker; former in-laws Dale & Jean Murphy. Chuck attended Newton High School and Upper Valley JVS. He worked as a truck driver and was a volunteer with the Pleasant Hill, Laura, and Bradford Fire Departments. He enjoyed hunting , fishing, driving trucks, and farming. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, September 27, 2012, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill. Chaplin Ed Ellis will officiate with interment following at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
