Bobbie Shane Taylor
Age 71, of Greenville, formerly of Ludlow Falls, passed away Monday August 31, 2020, at his home. He was born April 11, 1949, in Hazard, Kentucky, to his parents Howard Taylor and Kathryn (Seals) Kelly. Bob was a Vietnam War US Army veteran who was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with the “V” device for valor. He was a member of the VFW Post 6557- Mountain Top, Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge 3621, West Milton, and was a member of the Reynolds Fork Old Regular Baptist Church in Litt Carr, Kentucky. Bob will be missed and remembered by his loving children and their spouses Taunya & Chris Martin of Greenville, Bobby Taylor of Ludlow Falls, Jesse & Lisa Taylor of Ludlow Falls, Zachariah & Robin Taylor of Englewood, Alexander Taylor of Ludlow Falls; grandchildren Andrew & Tiffany Martin, Adam Martin, Tiffani & Chris McDowell, Hope Martin, Madisyn & Kerrie Taylor, Zachariah Taylor, Jr., Timothy Taylor, Chloe Garrison, Anyah Taylor, Annelise Taylor, Josilynn Taylor, Ellianna Taylor, Emma Jane Taylor, James Dean Taylor; great grandchildren Arden McDowell, Braxton Martin, Levi Martin; siblings Terrie & Mike Hurt of Huber Heights, Leon & Tracy Taylor of Jackson, Michigan, Jeff Kelly of Huber Heights, Alfreda Taylor of Jackson, Michigan, Marty Taylor of Jackson, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Elora Taylor; brother Bud Taylor; step-father Chalmer Kelly. Private family services will be held with interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
