IDDINGS, Betty L.
Age 83, of Troy, formerly of Pleasant Hill, passed away Monday, February 10, 2014, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born September 14, 1930, in Dayton, Ohio, to her parents Elwood & Christina (Weber) Kirchner. Betty graduated from Newton High School Class of 1948. She worked as a homemaker on the family farm and as an aid at Riverside of Miami County. She attended the Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren. Betty loved to spend time with her family and was an avid Ohio State fan. She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce Iddings; daughter Kathryn Rolls; sisters JoAnn Laing and Carol Hinson. She will be missed and remembered by her children John & Kim Iddings of Pleasant Hill, Patty & Joe Deeter of Laura; grandchildren Mandy Rolls, Abby Rolls, Amy & Rob Colvin, Emily Iddings, David Iddings, Bobby Gerodimos, Mark & Vickie Deeter, Mike & Jessica Deeter, Jenny Deeter; 13 great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law Robert & Sandy Kirchner of Tennessee, sister and brother-in-law Connie & Gary Stockslager of Ludlow Falls; numerous nieces and newphews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 15, at the Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren, 300 East Monument Street, Pleasant Hill, Ohio. Pastor Nick Beam will officiate with interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Friday at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill.
