Barbara Ann Noll, 77, of Pleasant Hill, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010 at Spring Meade. She was born June 18, 1933 in Troy, to the late John and Beatrice (Robbins) Lavy. She was employed with Rink's Department Store for 16 years. Barbara enjoyed the outdoors. She was a kind and committed mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and wife. She loved being surrounded by family and friends. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren. Barbara attended Newton School. She married her best friend, Edwin Lee "Eddie" Noll Sr. on March 10, 1951, in Pleasant Hill. He proceeded her in death.Barbara will be dearly missed and remembered by her children and their spouses, Pamela and Jack Coate of Pleasant Hill, Edwin Lee and Diana Noll Jr. of Webster, Christopher and Deborah Noll of Pleasant Hill, Jeffrey and Jacqui Noll of Covington and Glee and Scott Knoop of St. Paris; grandchildren J. Amanda (Coate) Saunders and J. Andrew Coate of Pleasant Hill, Zonell (Martin) Reichert of Osgood, Justin and Brennen Noll of Webster, Stephanie Noll of Troy, Micheal "Shellie" Noll of Piqua, Kimberly, Jason and Eric Noll all of Covington, Whitney (Knoop) Calland of Rosewood and Taylor (Knoop) Simons of Urbana; Great gandchildren, Tori and Bella Saunders, Austin, Kyle and Emma Reichert, Caleb Noll, Jaemyn Noll, Cairo Noll, Mason Hines, Brock Calland, Landyn and Aubryel Simons; sisters Carol Jay of Troy and Linda Rowe of Gulf Breeze Florida. Memorial services will be held at the Church of the Brethren, 300 E. Monument Street (SR 718), in Pleasant Hill on November 27, 2010. Visitation will be from 6pm to 7pm with the memorial service starting at 7pm.
