Adelia V. Tobias

Adelia V. Tobias, age 82, of West Milton, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Heartland of Piqua. She was born November 19, 1938 to the late Robert & Bertha (Heisey) Lucous in Miami County, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father Robert Lucous 6/17/1913-2/2/1973; mother Bertha Lucous 1/20/1915-5/10/2011; grandparents Ralph Heisey 9/27/1889-3/16/1966, Clara Heisey 5/10/1890-7/1/1974, Harvey Lucous 11/4/1982-6/11/1963, and Eva Lucous 3/21/1880-4/22/1959; loving husband Ronald J. Tobias; siblings Donald Lucous, Bruce Tobias, Tom Rohr, Sharon Pate; sisters-in-law Tonya and Nancy Lucous. She will be missed and remembered by her loving children James (Sara) Tobias of Covington, Michael (Denise) Tobias of Covington, Robert Tobias of Warsaw, IN, and Kim (Dave) Burgess of Covington; grandchildren Rachel Burgess (Patrick Young), Ronnie Tobias, Nick Tobias, L. Tobias, Heather (Jordan) Burelison, Holly (Jordan) Monnin, and Michael Tobias; 7 great grandchildren; siblings Sherman Lucous, Jerry (Dottie) Lucous, Marianne Ervin, Carol (Jerry) Lanning, and Pauline Adamson; sister-in-law Annabell Lucous. Adelia was a member of the Center Friends Church and participated in many activities at the church. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Center Friends Church, 8550 W. St. Rt. 571, West Milton, OH 45383 with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM with Pastor Duane Cox officiating. Arrangements are in care of Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, Pleasant Hill.
