To The Welbaum Family,
I am a cousin who saw Deon Welbaum at a family reunion in our younger years. My Grandfather (Percy Brown) and Deon's Grandfather (Heber Brown) were brothers. My sympathy goes to the entire Welbaum family for there loss.
