I would like to offer my condolences to the Jess family. 84 years is quite an accomplishment according to the Bible (Psalm 90:10) and I know "Peaches" has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. Hopefully this scripture will give you comfort because Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18) is promising us he will do away with man's worst enemy, death. This is found for us at Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matthew 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. John 6: 40 tells us: "For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day." Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago. Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it."
This is a wonderful promise made to us by our heavenly father and I pray it brings you comfort and hope. Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Again, I offer my sincere condolences to the family. Oh my dear Carolyn,
How I will miss your wisdom and wit! And, yet, rejoicing with you in your new experience of life beyond this physical realm. You certainly 'fought a good fight' and have earned your sweet reward! I can only imagine the fun reunion with my dear Lowell who had gone on before! Your presences are always with me in my heart!
And, my heart goes out to your Lowell and family. Warmest hugs to all, and especially thinking of you, Amber, of all the grandchildren, you probably spent the most time with Grandma through working with her at Pathway for so many years! I missed the visitation, but know that my loving thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Carolyn showed forth the light of Christ during her life here in multiple ways... always ready to lend a helping hand with a compassion and work ethic out of this world.

To Deetra, Ersta, Leesa and families, My sincerest and deepest sympathies on the loss of your Mom. What memories I have of P. Hill and Girl Scouts. She was an important part of my growing up! I hope your memories give you peace.

What a loving and caring person she was will remember her always she helped me with her herbs but also always willing to talk. I will always be grateful for when she came to my brothers funeral. My prayers go out to the family.

Please accept our deepest sympathy as you miss your wonderful grandmother. I did not know her well but she certainly had a way of making you feel like you knew her forever with her kindness and wonderful smile. Grandpa Starkey always spoke so highly of them. Holding you both close to my heart along with your mom and dad and dear grandfather.

My heart goes out to Lowell and all the family of this great woman. I was so stunned to hear the news. Amazing that God took her Home on Christmas, the day we celebrate the birth of his Son.
This witty, awesome woman was a great friend and mentor who was so full of fun and mischief! I loved and adored her and will miss her terribly. She gave so much to so many. She helped heal with natures medicines and taught many others as well, including me. Though I will never come anywhere close to having her abilities, I give her the credit every time I am able to help someone else.
She was an angel on earth and now she has her beautiful wings! I pray that she gets to meet my son in Heaven (who I lost very suddenly just four months ago at the young age of only 43) and that their spirits will watch over our families here on earth until we all meet again. God Bless you Carolyn Jess....rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of your grandmother's passing. I know how hard it is to loose someone special on Christmas--my dad died unexpectantly on Christmas Day . It was 34 years ago but still very tough to remember each Christmas. However I came to realize one would never pick any day for this to happen . We just seem to think we will always have those special people in our lives--I've come to realize this event in my life makes Christmas even more special because of all the wonderful memories of my Dad. I hope you can soon realize all your wonderful memories and let those memories make Christmas even more special to you. May God richly bless you and your family and keep all of you safe and well thru this holiday season.
