The pride that many of us feel for Newton Schools has a direct link to Andy,. His accomplishments and records as a Newton basketball player are still quite remarkable even by current measures. He seemed to epitomize the values that our community and school have always held....that God is good, that our country is great, and that family is really important. Our prayers are with Andy's family. We pray that you will be comforted by his wonderful legacy. We feel blessed to have known him. He will always be one of the greatest of Newton Indians!

Donna and family,
It was an honor and very much a pleasure to care for Andy. I enjoyed our little jokes and his giving me grief when things weren't going the way that he wanted them too. In the short time that I got to know him, I could tell just how much he loved each of you. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
