To Sam's family,
My deepest sympathies to you all. I grew up with Sam and Ruth Ann, graduating from NHS in '65. Sam always had a smile for everyone. I hope you all have wonderful memories to hold on to.
Sincerely, Pat Repenn

I am so sad to hear about Sam. He was one of the nicest, caring, funny guys I ever knew. I so remember the days when he and Vicky had the grocery store in P. Hill. Hugs to you Vicky and your family. May GOD wrap his arms around all of you at this sad time. He is at peace now.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I first met Sam when he brought my daughter's pig at the fair. Then years later are work places were next to each other's. He was an a great person and would do anything for you. I am sure he will be missed greatly.

My deepest apologies for your loss. Sam was an amazing man. I’m thankful to him and your family for the opportunities you afforded me as a young lady, I will never forget the work ethic and the responsibility and respect I learned. He will be missed.
