Age 81, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born May 6, 1934, in Stanford, KY, to his parents James & Viola (Adams) Ross. Harold graduated from Trotwood High School class of 1953. On December 31, 1955, he married Charlene Hill and together they shared a life for 61 years. He worked at NCR and retired from Harrison Radiator GM after 20 years of employment. Harold enjoyed restoring cars, Cushman scooters, petal cars, and fabricating scooter parts in his workshop. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Charlene Ross; daughter Kim Ross of Lawrenceburg, IN; son Kelly Ross of Pleasant Hill; grandchildren Mike Hines Jr., Marc Ross, Niki Woodruff, Chris Bucio, Jennifer Bullock, Kristen Helton; great grandchildren Avery Woodruff, Trey Bucio, Victoria Bucio, Bella Bucio, Claire Bucio, Alexis Hill, James Bullock, Jared Bullock, Matthew Helton, Jessica Helton, Nakiera Hancock, Janyia Hancock. He was preceded in death by his son Mike Hines and grandson Eric Stine. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, January 18, at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 1 S. Main Street, Pleasant Hill, with interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.
